Alicia | 5 stars for being an essential business and being available to the community but lost 3 stars for poor customer service for my mower repair. Was told a week for mower repair and called 11 days later to check on repair status. Before even checking, was told "most likely repair was not done if I had not been called yet." Wow! I then stated it had been over a week and was then told that repair times were 7 to 10 days out which was different than I was initially informed. Only then, did he check on my repair and told me it was indeed complete and that a call had been made and voicemail left. I explained that I had not received any calls or voicemail but would pick up. Today I picked up mower and explained to gentleman that I had not received any calls or voicemail. He then stated that I was called and that he personally left the message and that "it wasnt his fault." I wasn't rude at all just wanted to let him know again that noone called. I stated that I wasn't placing blame anywhere just that I never got a call and maybe a wrong number was dialed. He then asked for my telephone number I gave him twice before dropping off and what do you know, he had typed the wrong number in my contact. He finally apologized. At this point, I was so over the experience. I paid the price remainder price which was 15 more than initially quoted. It was not worth my efforts to dispute seeing how negative my experience was already. I will never visit this store again. Just a very negative and pretty rude and argumentative for no given reason. |
