Poor customer service. I ordered 2 kayaks on line. I arrived to pick up the department manager came out and threw the kayaks on the back of the truck. This was a very windy day and I struggled for 20 minutes to strap it down. It would have taken a couple of minutes for him to help me strap it down. As I was looking at the kayaks I noticed they were not the right ones. I went back inside and they said yep they are wrong and we don't have yours. They offered a refund which I felt was unacceptable. I had driven 30 minutes to pick them up and wrestle with tying them down for 20 minutes. I located the correct kayaks at 2 other store and asked them to ship them to me. They said they couldn't do that. The manager did say if I paid for the shipping 400 he would give me a 400 in store credit. I declined, I felt they should pay for the shipping, it wasn't my fault they pulled the wrong item. I also have no desire to spend another dime in their store after the way I was treated. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Lowe's! I was greeted with a friendly hello and helpful people in each department I visited.
