| Sean Bammer | Pat Najarro quoted my Mom 546 a for shower enclosure with Kohler Choreograph walls - 60x32x72 it came in 96" H. The Contractor contacted Pat for his quote and he advised she quoted him LESS his 10 discount 774.60 for the back wall and 909.60 for the two side walls, for a total of 1684.20. When my Mom called to challenge Pat for the erroneous information Pat said she had no control over what the contractor quotes. Pat refused to take any of the blame even though my Mom had a copy of the hand written quote from Pat, and it did say "Walls." This experience was so misleading and actually dishonest. Why would anyone want to do business with a company that cannot be trusted. Our family and friends will be sure to never go through Cleveland Plumbing Supply for any future needs. |
