We had a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom and NBD came out same day to start the dry out/ demolition process. We had good communication at first and we were happy with the work done until we got to the construction. From one day to another, we didn't know when workers would be at our house and had to hound the project manager to get any answers regarding the schedule. As construction continued, it was clear that high quality workmanship was not a high priority. As we continued to voices our concerns about dry wall being hung improperly and mudded extremely uneven, we were made to feel like our concerns were not justified and ignored. You can see every seam in the drywall. Texture is extremely uneven. Paints drips all over and even parts of walls weren't even sanded before painting them. Wrong paint was used. Small pieces of flooring missing. The project manager came to the home and walked through all of our concerns and had nothing but excuses and spoke extremely condescending to myself and my husband. He refused to answer calls and texts but had no issue sending passive aggressive responses to email communication. We finally had enough and are going with another company because we have been dragged along for 5 months. Needless to say, we are very unhappy with NBD. They lack professionalism and clearly do not make workmanship and customer service a priority.
