VERY PLEASED with Morris and the technician who came out to my home today. I smelled something that was off when my furnace would kick on. Called and they were at my house within a few hours. Technician found that my chimney was completely blocked and we had to shut down usage of the furnace immediately. He was going to perform maintenance and inspect the furnace but I would need a chimney sweep to clear my chimney blockage. He never pressured me into replacing my 30 year old fuel oil furnace, which is what I expected he would do. So, he gained my trust. Instead of having him work on the furnace, I went ahead and had him order me a new one. They gained my trust, respect, and all future business because of the no-pressure tactics and his thoroughness in checking and explaining everything to me. The service company I had inspect my furnace 2 months ago obviously missed a HUGE issue that honestly couldn't have killed us because of the CO being emitted in my home. I am so glad I called.
