This company repaired my sewer line and install backup water valve. Everyone was so nice and professional. The plumbers stayed late on Friday night so job was done in one day.

I would never use this company again. Called them for issues with both toilets. Two plumbers came. Said one toilet needed a new part and one needed to be replaced. They would order the part and toilet and be back in a week. Almost 2 weeks later I called and nothing had been done. They sent another plumber, who still didn't have the part, took 2 hours to get it. Decided replacement toilet was a bigger job. So rescheduled that for 2 weeks out. I called the day of the appointment to confirm and was told they would need to cancel for that day. I told them if they cancelled not to come at all. They managed to come out and complete the job. I would not recommend Certified to anyone!

Had water gushing from an upstairs leak on a Saturday night. Not only were they able to get someone out here right away, but the young man they sent Seth was very professional and took the time to show and to explain to me compromised areas in my system. I would highly recommend this business!
