Kathy Athanas | DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Rob Werner, Owner/Operator, came out on Thursday, August 8 to fix a plugged shower drain. Thought it was corrected so I paid 145 for call. That evening, the shower drain backed up again and I called him. On Friday, August 9, he promised he would be out and kept me waiting all day. Long story short, he finally showed up and determined it was more involved than he thought but did not have the proper equipment to do it because it was being used by one of his employees who was in Detroit. It is now Tuesday, August 13 and it is still not fixed. Jason, his employee, was to be here on Monday........NOT!!! I just finished a conversation with Rob; and he was argumentative, unapologetic, and rude saying that he "thought" Jason had come here yesterday. He so frustrated me with his arrogant attitude that I ended the call with an expletive I never use. Again, this company is a farce. Please do not use them. Rob has no concept what customer service is all about and needs to find another profession, one that requires no customer interaction. |
