Hunter Edwards	One star is too many. I went in looking for a simple item and the guy at the counter was on the phone with someone else, being excessively rude to them. This already turned me off but I kept looking, eventually going to the counter and waiting for help. After being off the phone and ignoring me for several minutes he asked what i needed. Showed him, he instantly said nope we don't have it and he doesn't have time to look for it. Then he said the best he could do is take my name and number and when he has time in his day he would look for it and let me know. This is the second time the customer service has been terrible here! Went to the local hardware store and found what I needed in 5 minutes! I will not be returning to this store nor will i ever recommend it! Customer serivce sucks!
