Plumbing services by Menards in Mentor, Ohio

Wanted to order something online at the store, and was told to go to front desk by cashier lines. No one there. Several associates walked behind desk, but never looked me standing there. They left never asking if I was being helped. None were wearing face masks or gloves. One cashier Was not wearing a mask or gloves and kept plopping items next to people in the checkout line. I asked another cashier for help. She questioned why I was sent there then continued checking out people without calling for help. After ten minutes waiting, I left the store and got help at Home Depot and bought what I wanted. Having no traffic light to turn left out of parking lot makes it hell and uninviting. Easier to slip into Home Depot and out.

Menards is the best. I would keep a list of stuff I needed so that when I visited my kid who lived in Toledo area, I could stop at the Menards there. I'm happy that there are some in the Cleveland area. There's vacant property on Euclid avenue in Wickliffe Ohio and Menards would be wonderful there.

Been in there probably 20 times since they opened bc of building my place. I've never had a bad experience, I've only spoke with an associate or two in the cabinetry department and they both were very knowledgeable. Very pleasant store with pretty much everything you could want or need. Most prices are lower than the competitors but check around. Some are not, plus the others are always running specials on things to compete with each other. Overall I and my kids enjoy the store.
