Gene's has always been there when I needed them. Very professional on the phone and at at my home. They replaced my AC unit and coil for the furnace for well under any competitors price with quality materials and quick installation. They also came out and replaced my water heater after it flooded out my home while I was out of town..also a fraction of the cost. I just recently had a backed up drain pipe in my master bathroom that I couldnt clear out with my auger. I had 2 companies come out and try to tell me it was going to cost over 900 and wanted to replace the pump in the toilet which I had just replaced a month ago and charge me 300 just for that. I called Gene's and they came out within 2 hours and removed my toilet, cleared my blockage and ensured everything was in working order for significantly less. I am pleased with every experience with this wonderful company and will continue to use their services when I'm in need. I can always count on Gene's Refrigeration!

Waited multiple days for a quote, no calls or even an update on how much a furnace pump would be. I also was basically called a liar when I told the office woman that I was told that someone would come out after 330. The tech was very nice and informative but besides that I was not happy. Turns out it was a seven dollar part that needed replaced, I was told by the tech that I needed a new pump. That is a significant diffrence in price.
