I called Prestige on Saturday morning, set up an estimate for Monday, and called them on Tuesday to schedule the service. They had a cancellation the next day so they were actually able to complete the work on Wednesday - only half a week after I first contacted them! Ben came to give me my quote, and Ben and Scott came to complete the work. They were professional, friendly, and punctual. Ben was not pushy during the quote. I paid less than 2k. I had quotes for the same job that ranged from 8k, 4k, and 2k, also one company that insisted they would have to replace the pipe through the basement wall, requiring excavation - 14k! If necessary, Prestige would excavate, but that would only bring my total to about 3k. Not only did they have the best price, I also felt like I could trust them. Only one other company of the 5 that I got quotes from made me feel like that, and that company didn't email me the quote until a week later. I had opened the walls already for the job, so that I could see for myself what needed done and a couple companies were going to require that anyway. Prestige had the work done in about 6 hours. The finished job looks really good. They also did a small job under my kitchen sink, and rerouted my dryer gas line. I can't say enough good about them, and would recommend them for any medium to large sized job!
