Glad I found this company! They gave me a reasonable quote to repair a broken clean out and camera inspection of our sewer line. The crew arrived on site early and quickly did everything they said they would do.

A less than one star would be appropriate. Office girl Theresa was absolutely incompetent. I had to track down info so she could do her job and she still failed to complete the quote. She failed to make calls, answer emails, or respond before she left for her vacations/ long weekends. From April to June I tried to get a quote from MCP. Their in action and lethargy delayed me from moving into my new house. I never could reach Mark after his intial contact. He is either absentee or doesn't care. No staff is this unproductive and incompetent with out notice. Buyer beware use another company.

I needed a water hydrant fully replaced requiring the crew dig down three plus feet to where the hydrant attaches to the water line. Cantrell Plumbing was able to do this without having to cut into my concrete aisle. They did a wonderful job; showed up on time, were polite and informative, and got the job done smoothly and correctly. Thanks, so much for your excellent service!
