Sheryl Harris	We had this company come out for low water flow, a faucet drip, and a toilet drip. Tony put in 2 new cartridges but the flow was no better. I asked if new faucets would help but he didn't know or offer to try that. He blamed it on hard water in West Chester. Both drips resumed the next day. Our bill was 330 but nothing was fixed. I asked how it came to that much and he said he would email us an invoice. All the invoice showed was 330. We had another plumber come out. He ordered us 2 free faucets under warranty and 2 toilet parts free under warranty. Everything is great. I suggested to Tony that a partial refund would be fair. He did not respond.
