God bless Jacobs heating and cooling! The Friday before one of the coldest weekends of the season is never a good time for the furnace to quit. Although it was only a simple part needed to fix it, finding one proved to be nearly impossible. After trying several local vendors and coming up empty, we called Jacobs heating based on their 5 star rating. They were a godsend! They went out of their way to help us, not only did they locate the part, they made sure we got it before noon. They were truly more interested in helping us out than making a sale! You don't see that everyday! Hope my furnace and a/c keep working, but if not ,we know who to call!

This company is AMAZING. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable and got someone to us within a few hours on a Saturday. The technician was personable and was able to assess our issue quickly, and fix our problem within 45 minutes of being here. We will 100 use this company if we have any issues again!

My fianc Don and I would highly recommend Jacob's...service was excellent! Explains well as to what's going on and what needs done. Very respectful to us and our home. Jacob's will definitely be our go to business if and when needed again for heating, plumbing or cooling!
