Daniel Funari | As far as Home Depots go, I like this one. The layout is so much better than the other ones! The way they have all the aisles arranged from front to back of the store, with convenient signs to show what's in each one! Genius! I don't have to wander around all day looking for what I need! I can go straight to the aisle which should contain what I want and find they only have something close to what I need. Then I have to make the decision as to whether or not this is a suitable substitution. If I'm wrong, I'll either be out some money or have to make a trip back to return the items and start again. But, I guess that's on me and not their fault. So the only reason I don't give them five is because I don't think that you should just hand those things out. We've had the discussion about 3 being average and most everythingeveryone is average. So, if I don't give a 4 I get replies basically saying I'm unfair to the store. So look at a 4 as a 3, a 3 as a 3, a 2 as a 2 and a 1 as a 1. As for a 5, well those are real, from me at least. You gotta make me happy to get one of those! Even if it has nothing to do with why I'm at your place of business. |
Dan Brackett | Fabulous experience with a first time online-instore pick up. That went seamlessly. Then, went inside to deal with multiple broken self checkout machines and confused cashiers. Overall a good store... just needs a bit more polish. |
Linda Patton | The store is good. I like Home Depot more than Loews. But.....self checkouts???? Not so much. Now I am touching numerous items that many, many other people have used. Where is the Purell?? |
