My husband and I are remodeling our upstairs bathroom room ourselves. We installed a new vanity and faucet... which of course, we couldn't get to stop leaking. I called Esser Plumbing and they were able to send Travis out the very next day which happened to work amazingly with my schedule. They were so nice and detailed on the phone and weren't annoyed when I had no clue about what they were asking me. Travis showed up the next day and he was terrific! He was on time, showed up smiling, and even insisted on wearing booties after I assured him it wasn't necessary. I was not only impressed with Travis' knowledge, but also his kindness. He didn't mind whatsoever that I sat in the bathroom with him and asked questions and explanations on what he thought was the problem I'm very inquisitive... I know nothing about plumbing or what qualifies as an excellent plumber, but Travis and Esser Plumbing are it for me. I will be sure to not only use them for anything issues we have in the future, but I will be requesting Travis and referring this company to others in need. Thank you Esser Plumbing.

We called Esser Plumbing requesting diagnostic appointment for a couple issues, mainly leak from upstairs toilet to basement.Esser referred by my aunt, longtime customer. They set up appointment and Travis arrived on time. He explained it was one of two problems and gave estimate of each issue. He worked quickly and efficiently solving problem. Asked him for estimate on bathroom toilet replacement, fixing leads to utility tub and cost of new water heater. He repaired all items the same day and came back the next to install water heater. I had obligation second day at noon. He came extra early and was completely done by 9:00 am. Costs for all repairs was fair and competitive. He cleaned work areas and was very pleasant. Definitely will have Esser back in the future.
