I had a big mess in the kitchen. The serviceman from Elliott's came. He refused to do anything--even to give me an estimate, then left. I've always had good service from them before. But this guy just really made me mad.

I looked online for plumbers on Monday afternoon, 3 Feb 2020 as my kitchen countertop installation and the plumbers they normally work with would not have been available for the Thursday6th or Friday7th date that the countertop installers had and it took an entire 3 weeks at that point for my custom made laminate countertop to be ready...the earliest was the following week of 11 Feb 2020. I looked online and saw the high ratings of Elliott Plumbing Service and scheduled them for when I needed the plumbers. Needless to say they were prompt, and I got additional work done only at the cost of the materials as the flat rate per hour and the work I needed accomplished was completed within an hour on both visits removal of kitchen sink and replacement after new countertop was installed at less than I would have paid the other plumbers. For once in hiring several contractors over a period of almost a year of renovation to sell my house, I have had quick, efficient, affordable services. Five stars well earned! From both experiences on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th of Feb 2020, I would recommend these guys!

No hassle, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would have been there an hour after my call had I been able to be home. Jimmy showed up on time, easily fixed what turned out to be a very minor problem and explained a LOT of things to me about plumbing that I didn't know. Good guy and good service, will definitely use them again.
