We needed propane lines run to 2 propane stoves, and were under a time crunch due to new construction. They were able to get the work done the next week, and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend. |
| Paul C | I must concur with Pookie's review. Unreliable especially in an emergency. Long story short don't expect compassion or proper prioritization of jobs. I had to troubleshoot the problem myself and tell them which part to order. Never sent a technician out for diagnosis of the problem. They are too busy, do not have the employees to handle the workload, and appear more interested in industrial customers then home owners. They are also expensive and will nail you for overtime at any opportunity, even if it is their poor scheduling at fault. |
| Pookie B | Don't bother calling this company since they will never show up! I called three weeks ago with a plumbing emergency, and no plumber ever showed up! I've called back three times pleading for help, and have been told that they have no idea when a plumber will be available! Why are they still in business then????? This is stupid! i would not recommend wasting your time trying to call this company, since they won't respond to your call at all! Wish I could give a negative review with -100 stars!!!!!!!! |
