I dealt with several people while needing help to replace some plumbing a toilet lid today everyone from start to finish we're great! I would highly recommend this company!

Our contractor used Eastway Supplies for our shower doors in our bathroom renovation. March 23rd they came out and measured the area and charged our credit card on the 28th. The sales rep said it would be available for installation in 3 weeks. It was finally installed on May 9th, and we had to hire someone to stay at our house because it was during our vacation. When we returned the door was installed, but it had the completely wrong color handle. The shower surround was brushed nickel and the handle they installed was black. Not only did they install the wrong handle, but they did not put the seal on the bottom of the door so water would not leak onto the floor. I had no call from them or arrangement to have that installed when I got home on May 14th. I had to call and get them to come out to fix these issues. When you are paying 1000 for a product/service, it seems reasonable for you to expect the company to do the job in a timely manner and correctly. I would not recommend this company. They did give me 200 off of the price. Almost two months from the order time before door was installed and done properly when promised installation was three weeks.

We would highly recommend this company and have used them twice. They installed our shower doors and a couple of years later we asked them to build shelves for our built-in cabinets. Both times, the company was prompt, friendly, and professional. It was also rewarding that the rep was a non-smoker. That is always a plus!
