Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridgewhich we purchased on our own. Paid him 145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridgeyou know how simple jobs are rarely simple. Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another 145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!
