Plumbing services by Active Plumbing Supply in Chagrin Falls, Ohio

For quality of products and what they offer and the beauty of the showroom, I give it them 5 stars, but for customer service, 1. Seriously, I have had to call at least 3 sometimes 4 times to get them to call me back with quotes, to place orders, or to schedule measuring/delivery/what have you. They're super nice and courteous when you're talking to people in the showroom, but communication and being accessible is unbelievable. We've been remodeling our bathroom since January and still are not completed. Most of the work we're doing ourselves, so some of the slow-up is us, but I've been calling since May to get the shower doors measured and installed its now August thats absurd. Finally two weeks ago we got the contractor out to measure for the shower doors - the final piece to our bathroom remodel - but still no estimate. Please call me back!!! I just want my bathroom finished.

First time shopping here. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Had everything I need and for less than Lowe's wanted. Will definitely shop here for anything plumbing related.

Excellent service and price and the coffee and pastries were a additional bonus.
