So I made an appt for 8am the next day. At 8am the next day I get a call from the serviceman who asked for details of my problem. When I told him I had 4" of standing water in the basement he started making excuses why he couldn't help. Even after I told him there was a dry place to set his expensive monitor, he was making excuses why he couldn't help!!!!! The only good aspect of the company is the person answering the phone! |
