Josh Thompson | Found the problem right away. Fixed it. Educated me on my system.Saved me a lot of money . Very polite and professional. I highly recommend. |
Heather Lomax | We called Kings to have our septic pumped. They came out same day. Chris was very professional and polite and got the job done in a very timely manner. The price was reasonable as well. |
Samuel Colt | They were supposed to install septic at our house a year ago. I had to push them to even come out. Low and behold, our driveway was supposed to be repaved near the road two years before we bought the house when they laid drainage lines. The neighbor said they never came back to do it. The guy they sent was trying to convince me to route the septic to the front yard, giving me a b/s story about scenery when having bbq's, when it is really just about cost. I'm pretty sure they know the amount allocated and want to low-ball. It is Febuary and they have not contacted us since we called because of Trumbull county health department's letters. My septic is backing up and they make so much money, they could care less. I am talking to my mortgage company to find a better and more reliable company to handle our septic with the funds provided from the seller. These guys totally suck and just blow smoke up your rear. Prove me wrong, but I don't think they will. |
