Called at 4:47 and asked if they had what I needed. He said yes and I advised I would be there prior to 5pm close. I got there at 7 minutes til closing. Lights were out and the doors were locked. Black truck and white car from the workers inside were parked in the side lot. Lost my business and my husbands and believe me, shopping local businesses is what we want to do but if your too lazy to accommodate a customer that took time out to call and arrived as promised, you don't deserve the business. Thanks anyway. Went to Dollar Tree and found what I needed for a buck! I'm sure your inconsiderate ways saved me a good bit of money. We will be telling our story to those we know shop at Badger. Obviously your reputation means nothing.

Don't expect to show up to the store 15 minutes before the posted closing time and be able to be served. Maybe the hours should way 7 to whenever they feel like closing.

Do not expect fast or friendly service. I just sat at the counter waiting to cash out and while two of them locked eyes multiple times with me nobody acknowledged me or even acted to cash me out in any way. They continued on a conversation between the three of what seemed like workers and one customer who did not seem to have any actual business needs. There did not seem to be any other customers in the store at the time. There did not seem to be any logical reason for disregarding my business or completely ignoring me. I left my purchases and left the building and will look for my needs at another business.
