The 2 paper dirty towels were immediately after they left and there was water and dirt all around the edge of my tile. The grout does look great/clean. The shiny areas on the tile are still there, I have wiped them up and they still seem to show, sort of an oily substance. Called in and was told it will dry, the floors were done June 28th.These pictures were today. The carpet upsettingly looks no different. Your ad shows removal of stains, no extra effort was given. The nicks in the wood work...no happy about that! Splashed on appliances and not respectfully wiped off. Let this be a lesson in taking pride in your work and making the customer happy when the quote doubles when you are here. I regret paying after inspection. |
