| Sheri Tinker | Called Fred's about locating the access to my septic as we didn't know where it was. They said for 125 they would locate it and then pump it for us at an additional charge. Someone was supposed to come on Monday to locate it. Nobody showed up. They were scheduled to pump on Wednesday, and I assumed they would just locate it then. On Wednesday, they didn't show so I called and explained I'd taken a day off of work to be there and they said oh, we never located so we didn't send the truck to pump. They did send someone out to locate the septic for us that day. He charged us 125 to tell us he couldn't find it and to get a plumber out to find it. I will find another septic service in the future. |
