Plumbing services by Menards in Minot, North Dakota

What a terrible shopping experience. I went to get a few things from Menards' garden center. There were no employees anywhere inside. There were at least 10 guys zipping around on forklifts. Never did any of them look around or behind them as 2 almost ran into my truck. Since no one was there to help I went up front got a pick and pack slip and was told to drive around back to the guard tower and he told me to go to pick up who told me to go to the garden center. Ended up where I started... with no one around in the Garden Center. After 30 minutes of trying to get the attention of the guys zipping around I got lucky when 1 had to stop to pick something up next to where I was standing and I was able to holler loud enough to get his attention. He loaded my 3 small bags of dirt into my truck and I was on my way. Shoulder replacement kept me from doing it myself. What should have been a 15 minute trip took 45 minutes. I will never go there again. It was a horrible experience all around because of poor customer relations for which there is no excuse.

Staff need to learn how to handld phone calls. Called for appliance section, got transferred to front desk. Told them appliance didnt answer, they transferred me to lumber, they transferred me to appliance, who didnt answer, then i got back to front desk. Front desk told me they couldnt help me. Just needed to check if they had something in stock....
