Naomi Koch	Arnesons ruined the finish on my new bathtub by using a very strong acid to try to unclog the drain, then after that did not work snaked the drain, damaged the pipes, and water started leaking through the ceiling into my dining room. I had to hire a second plumber to come and fix the mess. Called and left repeated messages for the owner and he never called me back or remedied the situation. Wrote him a letter and he ignored me and never responded. I will never do business with them again. Avoid Arnesons at all cost. Worst experience I have ever had with a so-called professional business. Much much cheaper to hire someone to do the job correctly without ruining your property. Another minor detail, the two plumbers tracked mud all over my carpet and house with no apology or acknowledgement.
