Linda Waale	We have been using Great Plains since 2010 on various jobs. This past October we had them over to put a new sump pump in. When we receive the bill we had some questions on what they charged us for labor and the sump pump itself, we called the owner, no answer, left a message for him to call us. We never did get a call back, so we called again and this time we got a hold of him, he said he would call us back that afternoon when he got back to the office. He never did call us back. If that's the way they want to treat their longtime or short-term customers I say goodbye I'll get another plumber. PS - Icalled and left a message that I wanted to pay our bill and I got a call back in less than 5 minutes.
