Contracted this company to replace hot water heater and install a water filter. Owning a business in the area, I have used this company's services and referred them literally hundreds of times. Perform the work, receive a bill that is 1000 more than the quote. Filter price is exact, hot water heater work has the variance. After failing to receive justification for the charges after mailing documents 3 times and sending them to the office with one of their techs, I finally had to go to the office to seek clarification of the extra charges. 2 days later I am told the extra charges were for the purchase and installation of the stand for the hot water heater and a new expansion tank. Both can be purchased at Lowe's for less than 100 combined. See the pictures for the beautiful 500 stand and 500 expansion tank. I gave them 2 stars as the work and the filter/water heater have performed properly to date. Be careful with their pricing, get everything in writing.

Nick and Lee just left my house and installed three new toilets for us! They were amazing! Such friendly guys and held great conversation with me while they worked. They were also not bothered at all by my dogs and didnt ignore them, either! They did such great work and were very efficient! I really hope these two get noticed by their boss and get some recognition!
