Excellent Customer Service! We have used Fatman Plumbing a couple of times. Professional staff from taking the call through the actual service! Same day service and very prompt arriving in their time frame. They were very knowledgeable in helping us to select the right products to replace the older models water heater and garbage disposal. Harry, our latest technician, was very personable and explained all. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing services!

Had a overflow issue, which was a sewage backup and turned into category 3 water leaking upstairs and downstairs in the kitchen. They quickly assessed the issue and called a certified company to clean the dangerous water and I'm well on the way to many home renovations. Technicians found the blockage and took care of my home and saved our health. We were looking at a health situation that, the previous plumber that visited our home had simply ignored, yet was going to charge almost 1,000! Thank God we called you guys!!

I set up the appointment on line on the weekend. They responded immediately set up an appointment for Monday because there was no emergency and communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. They arrived right on schedule was very thorough in examining all aspects of my system. The situation did not require any repairs and they charged a very nominal service charge. I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs big or an mall.
