So we basically had a plumbing emergency. I walked my son to the door and saw water running down my driveway, obviously coming from my garage. First thought was my hot water heater so I bolted into the house to the garage. To my surprise, my utility sink had been backing up so much and for quite some time with all the water usage throughout the day, that it overflowed and flooded my garage and everything on that side! My husband called a plumber - Danny, from ASAP Plumbing. It was already late in the afternoon, but he said he could get to us same day. I can't hold punctuality against him because he was coming to save our butts! He said he would most likely get to us in the early evening and that he wouldn't leave us hanging. However, that time came and went and after reading some of the older reviews, I was starting to panic that he wasn't going to show up. Much to my surprise, and his credit, he showed up close to 9:30pm AND DIDN'T LEAVE US HANGING! It took some doing, but he got our main line cleared and we were back to normal. He was going to yet another call after leaving our house after 10pm! I feel sorry for his poor wife, but hope she knows how much we appreciated his dedication and keeping his word to get to us and not charging highway robbery prices! Danny had a good friendly personality and his price was very reasonable. He kept his promise to us and that speaks volumes for his character and earning any future business. He would be the first one I call! He is greatly appreciated!
