Guys came in good time and got the job done , very polite and knowledgeable. Cleaned up everything. Even took off there shoes before walking on the carpet . Very good company. I moved here a year ago and they've come here twice already to check the units . Good job guys!! Day 2, second unit installed , again thanks to Dave and cole for doing a great job and getting everything installed on the same day for each unit. Everything was cleaned up nice inside and out. And let's don't forget Dano who orders all the correct parts and gets them here on time to install , thanks Dano ps. Love the new wifi thermostat.

Very professional company. They had someone out quickly, who was very efficient and kept me updated frequently. They have a detailed estimate. When they came to do the repair, they were very quick, kept me updated, and very professional. They ended up charging me less than the initial estimate because they did not need to do some parts of what they had anticipated. I really appreciated their honesty. Would absolutely use them again!

This fine firm does not give up! Our home, with vaulted ceilings and no insulation, presented a challenge to heat...but Ward has constantly tried to help find solutions. Jerry and Patrick have been here to put their thinking caps on, and today, Patrick was back to work his magic. Cutting another vent in our floor, this one larger so more air would circulate, and being creative to the bend needed and cutting the metal to make it work. He had a plan and this time, I think may be the last time I see the technicians until I need my yearly maintenance. We live way out...about an hour and a half from Sylva...and from the start they were the best company to could deal with. Called back. Came on time. Polite and professional and determined. Fair priced. came back. Won't quit until you are satisfied. If I could give more than 5, I would! Hire with confidence.
