I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I was having trouble with the thermostat and they tried their best to research the exact model and even attempt to help me over the phone. This type of customer service you do not find in may places. Tracy is always so helpful and accommodating in setting up appointments and the service technicians very polite, efficient and prompt. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They know their business and appreciate and take care of their customers.

Whenever I'm doing renovations, I always get three or four quotes. Consistently, Parlier wins out. The office staff are friendly, their prices are by far the most reasonable and they do quality work. They actually care about their relationship with customers.
