I had a pipe to burst in my home twice. I will say the company was very responsive and came out almost immediately. However, the bill for the exact same item was overcharged the first time. Then when the owner discovered that we had plans to remodel the bathroom, he informed us that they do remodeling as well. I should have been leery because his worker said "we do?" Ricky Pierce gave me what I thought was a high quote followed by that doesn't include electrical, tiling, or painting. Remind you he said he could remodel a bathroom where tiling and painting would be necessary. Then he tried to charge me per hour for the plumbing and could not give me an estimate. The owner stated it was nearly impossible to give me an estimate on how much material they would need. I called another plumber, they came out told me exactly how long it would take an estimate of how much material they would need. Got the job done. Ricky Pierce is fast in a bind because they have a lot of workers, but I would only recommend they come out to fix a minor leak or change a faucet, something small. Anything other than that, they're trying to just take your money. You will get the job done because they're plumbing company but you'll just pay way more for it then market value. My last conversation with the owner, he told me to go find another plumber. Best advice.

Called them on a Saturday with an emergency, they worked me in the schedule and fixed my problem. Price for service was extremely reasonable as well, would definitely recommend!

I wish I had seen the reviews about being overcharged. I had spoken to the owner for rates prior to them coming. He informed me he charge for traveling time at the same rate of labor which is 85 a hour. At the time I kindly declined because of having to pay for the return. He said unless we're already in the area. So a week later I get a call that they were in the area. Employees were really nice. I shared with them what was wrong with my tub prior to arrival. They came prepared with the part. The employees were apologetic for having to charge for travel. They do not charge for quarter hours, so they round up to 30 minutes. I was charged for 1 hour of work, because they had to wait for 10 minutes for me to get there to pay them, I had to pay for 30 minutes, and then 30 minutes travel time, parts were 36.45, my total bill was 220.90. They were already in the area and had to go back anyway. I don't think it's right to charge anyone for traveling back, especially at that rate. I believe that may be way above federal guidelines.
