Used to be good now AWFUL. After years of maintaining the Winsome Forest pool well they recommended some repairs and a contractor to preform these repairs. Foolishly trusting our long term vendor that the repairs were only going to take 2 days we paid their recommended contractor in full up front. Now 3 months half the is done and no one is answering the phone returning calls, texts, or emails including Citty's. I would not recommend these folks.

I hate to leave a bad review but I hope someone else may avoid the experience I had by choosing a company other than Citty to perform pool repair and liner replacement. Our pool was damaged in a storm and we reached out to Citty in December to go ahead and start the insurance process so we would have our pool ready the first of summer. Steve was nice, but I had to text him repeated reminders to keep the process moving because when he said he'd get back with me about this or that, he usually didn't. He had supposedly ordered our chosen liner and would get to the work "by the end of this week or first of next week." Those deadlines came and passed, and I didn't hear anything. I gave it a few days and then asked again about scheduling the work. Just as a previous review stated, Steve all the sudden stopped responding to texts or answering calls. I tried several contact attempts over the course of a couple weeks and then realized he was purposefully not answering and had no intentions of completing the work as promised. He really messed us up. I called about 10 different companies in one day and all were too busy to do the work because it is now the beginning of swim season. We finally have moved forward with another company, and I'm pretty sure we are paying premium rates since it's the busy season. I texted Steve one last time with a "courtesy text" to let him know we had moved on with someone else since he had stopped responding and didn't complete the work as promised. The same day he responds, "That's fine. Sorry." This confirmed 1 He had been receiving my texts and phone calls and had just chosen to ignore 2 He probably never ordered our custom liner when he said he did or else he would have been upset over the money paid for a liner he can't use. We've had enough work done in the past that I understand jobs usually take longer than expected and things come up. That is why I was so patient and gave Citty the benefit of the doubt. I would even feel differently if he had been upfront a few weeks ago and told me that they wouldn't be completing the work. Now I'm just sorry we ever called them.

Steve and everyone with Citty Pools did a great job replacing our in-ground pool liner. They were very quick and thorough with the process. They were helpful with all steps involved. We would recommend them to anyone!
