My wife and I own a house Down East which was damaged by Florence like so many others in Carteret County. JP was recommended by a good friend. With all the damage in the county, we were very aware that it would take some time for him to get to us, and it did, but it was as quick as possible. From the outset, JP has been great. He and his folks have always been prompt and dependable. They do what they tell you they are going to do and when they say they will do it. They are all men of their word. JP is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the building industry, and his crews are skilled craftsmen. Under trying circumstances, it has been a pleasure to work with JP and his project manager Darrell. I recommend Davies Contracting for any building project you may have.

Wow! We had Hurricane Florence damage including a roof and interior water damage in our kitchen and den. Our home was an older home in Mitchell Village and previously nothing was plumb or met current codes. Davies sent his Project Manager Darrell Doc to meet with us. He helped us arrange a new roof, redesign the floor plan to provide a better flow, replace the ceilings, totally gut the kitchen including new plumbing and electrical, added a few special requests by me and even involved their in-house interior designer, Brook Giblin to assist with counters, colors and flooring. I am thrilled with the final result and recommend Davies Construction to anyone who needs a good, honest, thorough, reasonably priced contractor. I'll be calling them again for an addition in a few years.
