We had them out for a quote for a few different issues. All good, they seemed fair and reasonable. The job they were talking about seemed like it would take a good deal of time, so I anticipated a costly repair. When they came back with the parts, it took just over 45 minutes, and the workers said "it didn't take as long as we thought" and still they charged me the quoted price. Really? You quote for an amount of time, admit that it took less, and still charge that quoted price huh? The workmanship seems very good, but if you're going to charge the full price, spend the time to clean up well. Wax ring smudges all over the floor, so I have to get some mineral spirits to clean it up. Used a grinder to grind down tile and did a cursory job at cleaning up. Not likely to do the other quoted job with this company.

Did not have an appointment scheduled to repair our leaking kitchen faucet, but Tammy was able to fit us into the schedule the same day I called. Chris was very professional. He ran to Lowe's and picked up a new faucet to match our specs and installed it, all within an hour or so. After this experience, I will definitely call Webster & Sons for all our plumbing needs.

Austin was courteous and polite. He explained what was wrong with our toilet and detailed step by step what was needed to do. He was efficient. Loved the customer service. Thank you!
