I have had excellent experience with Northmeck in the past and it continued with this job. We live in a two story house with the hot water heater in the attic that I wanted to do a precautionary replacement due to age. I called Robbie Clark in late morning and he had his crew here early next morning. They did a very tough job with excellence and professionalism and were completed in early afternoon. You will also find that they will beat the big box stores price with a better quality product. I would not hesitate and we will call them again for our next plumbing job.

My wife's diamond fell out of her setting and she heard it bang around the sink and down the drain. Travis and sorry forgot the other's name came out and took apart the trap assembly from the sink. They not only helped us look for the diamond but also replaced the pipes with a better flow. Unfortunately we did not find the diamond and they left. But wait...............Travis calls me about an hour later... He found the diamond! It was wedged in a part of the old / discarded pipe. They were going to throw it out but double checked it for us. He then called me and came by on his own time to deliver the ring. We felt like giving him a huge hug wife did - I decided a handshake would suffice : . North Mecklenburg has fixed various issues for us but this was amazing. You can trust this company and its workers. Thanks so much North Mecklenburg Plumbing!!!!
