| Shannon Shanks | I have never seen such poor customer service. My initial appointment was scheduled for a Thursday, but the plumber did not come in the first time and his "truck broke down" the second. Nothing was EVER communicated to me... I had to keep calling the office to try to discern what was happening. When the plumber finally showed up on Tuesday, my water heater issue was not resolved and no one even attempted to let me know what was going on or if they were even coming back. I spent two days calling the emergency number and the business line. I was initially told that "someone would call me back" but the phones were interestingly going straight to voicemail for the two days after that. I finally called from a friend's phone and got through. When I expressed my concerns, I was told to find another company. The next company has been nothing but professional and was there the next day to solve my problem. I have never publicly complained about a business, but this service was so poor that I still cannot wrap my head around it. I have filed formal complaints with my home warranty company and will be contacting BBB. I hope to save someone else the frustration of trying to deal with this "company. |
