| Eric | Save your time and money. Told these guys I had a well leaking down and wouldn't hold prime for more than 24 hrs. They sent a guy out not once but TWICE who proceeded to prime the well and tell me there were no problems and that it was holding pressure. I did mention prior to the technician showing up that we had primed the well 5 times in the last week and a half. Common sense says that if we primed it 5 times that there is a problem somewhere. Was also told they couldn't check to see how much water was in the well because they couldn't get the cap off. I failed to mention that there was a 6" size hole in the top of the well cap you can use to check the water level. I figured this was also common sense Maybe I shouldn't assume people who claim to be professionals actually know how to do their job. Long story short I had to pay a different guy to fix a leak under the house that they had looked at. DO NOT use these guys. Charged me 165 for nothing. |
