Linda B | I used Ray's last summer and they seemed very helpful. BUT, we had to have the septic pumped again today 1/15/20 and Ray's wasn't available to come out. The new guy is having a hard time because apparently Ray's didn't pump out the solids only the water. The new guy asked who pumped it last and when. When I told him Ray's he said "that explains it". Apparently I am not the only one they have shortchanged! |
Aly M | We were charged the amount to inspect the septic tank and pump as well. After a plumbing issue, it was pointed out that the septic tank had actually not been touched at all. The cover was sill fully in tact next to a small bush. The dirt had not been disturbed. When we called the owner, the claimed they “tried taking the lid off but it wouldn't budge at all”. I asked why he or his employees didn't let someone know and he claimed he couldn't get in touch with anyone. The realtor was on the property the entire time of the “inspection”. She was sitting outside and they knew she was there. They immediately left without saying a word to her and didn't even call my number to let me know! The owner of this company is a thief and I have yet to see my money refunded since no work was completed! |
