I hired this "nice" guy a couple years ago and have been paying for it ever since. He installed an outside frost- free water spigot, then proceeded to put over 200 gallons of mud into my house plumbing fixtures. I had him come back because the shower fixture was so full of mud that I couldn't get more than a drop out at a time. AND I had to pay him again for that! He removed all of my 2 year old well house fixtures, pressure switch, brass lines, pressure tank, etc which were fine and didn't fix the one problem I had which was a faulty foot valve. Had paid cash the first time with no receipt, so when I had him come back for that second time he fixed the real problem with a 25 inline valve. Dare say with cash I paid him and having to replace ALL my fixtures, including the ones I had paid him to replace in the first visit, he has cost me over 3000 for a 25 part and installing an outside spigot! BUT he does seem like a "nice guy"!
