Crystal Montague	I am a local medical professional and customer service is priority for me in treating my patients. I called this morning for servicing of my gas log fireplace. I was told by the representative answering the phone that I needed to take a picture of my gas log fireplace before someone would come out. Evidently, "their company only services one type of gas log fireplace and to avoid being charged 155/hour, I will need to text a picture to see if the one we have in home is one they service." I explained to the representative how inconveniencing this was, and then promptly called Eanes Heating & Air who agreed to service us today for 119 with no texting of pictures and who was much more confident in their services. I will never call this company back or recommend them to family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues. They need to update their website to indicate the limitations of the type of gas log fireplaces they services and re-train their employees.
