This company in particular I've been calling since end of August. Was told someone would be out by October 31st. I kept calling and calling and calling. I was assured someone would be out, but they never gave me a date and time. Now November I call and they tell me they have been busy. Ground is wet. Okay I understand. But then she said her boss would call me, each day I waited for his phone call and nothing. I don't know how you stay in business when you don't follow up on your schedule. Now I have to start over again trying to find someone to come out and look at my 76 year old grandmas septic system. |
