Plumbing services by Ruehlen Supply Co in Concord, North Carolina

I am in the construction business and go to supply houses on a daily basis. I was off today and happened to need some plumbing supplies for my home, a flapper for a toilet and a faucet for a tub that I had previously purchased at this store. I went in to this business this morning and was faced with the rudest service I have ever encountered by the guy who worked there and another employee that tried to tell me my attitude was bad. It was fine before I arrived there. They don't have to worry about seeing me again.

Terrible knowledge of products. Very unorganized, way overpriced, and very limited in selection.. Had to make multipe trips to pick out items only to be told that we need to come back and exchange. We finally agreed on a bathtub they could get in. After waiting weeks they delivered it and it was shattered. They told us that it would take 2 months to get another one. Didnt try to make it right or expedite the shipping. Just a take or leave it mentality. After we picked out a new one, it was delivered. It was the wrong tub. Now to correct the problem we would have to tear it out of the wall and purchase a new one and pay to have it re-installed and the sheetrock repaired. Ruehlen said they wont take responsibility for any of it. Avoid this place at all cost.

Great customer service and employee knowledge is outstanding.
