| Leslie Leslie Dauphinee | I hope whoever is reading this sees all the other bad reviews and realizes that people aren't just being rude, but that we all pray that these reviews are read before anyone else does business with them. My family had our hopes and dreams destroyed over a year long period. We first signed a contract last April to have a home built and Johnson homes promised completion by Christmas of 2017. It is now May, and every single month since then we have been lied to and strung along about why work wasn't being done. We've gotten so many excuses. Sickness, family deaths, vacations, and that's only when they actually answered our calls. Most of the time our calls, texts, and emails went completely unanswered. Weeks went by with zero communication and no work being done on this home. My mortgage company even told me they would no longer do business with him. Today we terminated our contract with Johnson Homes. After a year of lies, I don't trust his integrity as person and certainly not as a builder of our home. We lost a lot of money it took my family years to save that he refuses to give back, but if that means I can keep just one person from getting into this disaster, then it will be worth it. Please read and take these reviews to heart. Please get out while you can before you end up like us with your savings depleted and no home in sight. I now know the importance of reviews and if I could leave zero stars I would. I am sure the owner will reply to this, like he has many others, with more excuses to try and protect himself. I promise to leave a review wherever I think anyone will look in hopes of saving another family. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a consumer complaint. He has to be stopped. |
