Had my toilet back up downstairs. Slab house with wood floors throughout..nightmare! They sent someone out next day, ran an auger through main line clean out and told me my septic was backing up. One septic guy, state inspector and 5,000 later. My toilet was still gurgling with just washing a small load of laundry. Call them beck out same guy. Bill. Augered main line again. Didn't run a camera or anything just to check which I felt unusual considering I just had all the septic work done and still having problems. Toilet flushed so they called it good. Said call me if it happens again. Low and behold it did days after. Bill came out a 3rd time this time finally with a camera. ROOTS in my main line. Came back a 4th time and used a water jet. Toilets flushed and all is well since. My issue is had they diagnosed the problem correctly and the first time I'd probably still have 5,000 in my pocket. Septic actually wasn't backing up come to find out. Was roots hanging everything up. Was told by bill the charge for running a camera and the water jet would be 150 each. My bill was 941! I was being charged for them to rent a camera, an auger fee and 250 to rent a water jet! None of this was ever run by me during entire process. I would not pay for a company to rent equipment to do jobs they professionally claim to do. Girl on the phone was not helpful or considerate with my issue of the bill. She told me bill did make a note that it would be 150 for water jetting but that their bill lady must of missed it and that's why it was an extra 100 on my bill. Human error I was told! What kind of company making 900+ off of 1 1/2 hours total of work doesn't keep a camera on their truck. I would have saved 2 service trips which cost my time and theirs. Bill was nice and prompt which is contradicting to the company but I would not recommend them to anyone!

I work here and have worked here for years. My great grandfather started plumbing in Charlotte in 1919 and this business has been in my blood since. Our family has always sought to bring the best service and value to this market possible. We are not the biggest company in the city, but our legacy has been here for a long time. We hope to continue to serve Charlotte and the surrounding areas with the same dedication that my great grandfather started with almost 100 years ago.

They did a fantastic job fixing a leaky toilet and exterior water hose. Highly recommend them.
