I purchased a vacation home in NC and found the basement was covered in mold with some starting to build in the home. I secured 3 quotes and Mold-X, although not the cheapest was by far the most descriptive on their scope and obviously was going to do a very thorough remediation. All work was completed in a timely manner by both the basement crew and the home interior crew. Both crews were very polite and professional leaving the job site in a much better condition than when they arrived. ALL mold was removed and now my new vacation home is safe for me and my family and friends to enjoy. I highly recommend Mold-X and would not hesitate to use them again on another property if needed or to refer them to family or friends.
