Brian and team responded quick to our needs to get our well back working. However he just started changing parts that didn't necessarily need to be changed. They changed the Junction box at the well, then went to the location of the pressure tanks where the pressure switch is. The pressure switch and the tanks appeared to be bad. They replaced the pressure switch and got our water back running. They came back the next day and changed the tanks. We started getting air in the water lines so I called and told him what was happening, he said, without hesitation, that we needed a new pump. We decided to wait. 2 weeks later the pump quit working so I called Brian and he said again we needed a new pump. I then called another well service and they came and found that a relay in the Junction box that Brian had just installed was bad, they replaced it and adjusted the air pressure in the tanks because Brian failed to do so. From factory the tanks typically come over pressured. Everything was finally working properly. 2 weeks later the pump quit working again, so I checked the Junction box this time only to find that again the relay was bad. I put the original Junction box back in and for the last 3 weeks no problem. We believe that it was either the wrong Junction box or it was installed incorrectly. He quoted us 2400.00 to do the job, charged us 2500.00 and didn't do anything correct. I have called and left a voice message, no replies. They owe us at least 500 and they can have their Junction box back. I am very sure we will NOT be using them again for any reason.

Really appreciated their prompt response and efficient handling of a dead pump and upgrading our filtration system. Highly recommended!
